Take the 390 South to the East Henrietta/Jefferson Rd. exit. Follow the exit to Jefferson Rd. Turn left at the light on to Jefferson Rd. Eldre (Yellow Building) is about 1 mile east of the light. From Buffalo Airport:

Follow the Signs to “90 East” (To Albany). Take Exit 46, pay the toll, and follow the signs to 390 North (Rochester). Heading north bound, Exit at the East Henrietta/Jefferson Rd. After Exiting, Turn left at the light, and then proceed to the next light. Turn Right on to Jefferson Rd. Eldre (Yellow Building) is about 1 mile east of the light.
