Description:
This military application for a laminated bus bar provides power within the Patriot Missile guidance system. The input connections on this laminated bus bar are gold plated to provide maximum conductivity between the bus bar and the subsystem. Outputs from the bus bar to the backplane are made by solder connections. This bus bar has been entirely encapsulated using epoxy around all areas where exposed copper lies to provide a complete hermetic seal.
