Description:
Laminated bus bars serve as the ideal interconnect for high power semiconductors, capacitors and related components and must survive the rigors of the automotive environment. The design shown contains multiple conductors formed in multiple layers. The bus bar is insulated using epoxy powder coating, laminated and riveted together. The components seen on the assembly are small capacitors which are mounted into small gold plated sockets.
